It helps to alleviate acne symptoms because it has a stabelizing effect on hormones levels, contributes to collagen health which keeps your cells glowing and youthful. Try to eat salmon a few times a month or consider taking omega-3 fatty acids supplements.

Did you know that putting chilled tea bags on your eyes will help you reduce dark circles and puffiness? 
Tea’s which contain high amounts of caffeine will give you better results. Put the tea bags in a cold water and then place them over your eyes, make sure that the dark circles are fully covered by the tea bags and relax. Teas such as green, black or white are great options, chamomile can help to reduce puffiness  because of its anti-inflammatory effects.
